Cancelation Policy

Scheduled appointments require a nominal deposit based on service requested.  Deposit will be deducted from the cost of your appointment service(s).  Deposits are Non-Refundable if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours in advance to your scheduled service.  Also, you may be required to reschedule your appointment due to arriving more than 15 minutes late after your scheduled time of service.  This policy is to prevent repeated untimely cancellations and missed appointments that could have been filled by other clients resulting in lost revenue.  In addition, top priority is given to satisfying all clients receiving services at the Hair Surgeon Studio.  As a result, any issues that arise regarding your service will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure your complete happiness and satisfaction.  However, NO monetary refunds will be given after you have received services.  Thank you for being considerate of the Hair Surgeon's time and policies.
